Inside is a workforce operating system for hotels, F&B groups and other shift-based teams. It connects labour demand, scheduling, casual and agency staffing, attendance, timesheets and payroll, so every shift stays covered, controlled and connected to pay.
The problem
Demand changes. People call out. Events move. Managers borrow staff, approve overtime or call in casuals, and then the same information is rebuilt by hand in attendance sheets, timesheets, payroll and agency invoices. Most operations don't have one workforce system. They have a chain of disconnected decisions.

Set base manning for every outlet and turn covers, room nights or events into the roles each shift needs. Coverage shows where you're short before anything is published.

Smart Fill fills open slots using role eligibility, leave, employment-type hour limits, rest rules and fairness settings. Managers review, adjust and publish to the Inside app.

Everyone works to the same rules and the same shift record, so attendance, timesheets, pay and agency billing never need re-keying.

Clock-ins are matched against the scheduled shift. Late arrivals, missing clock-outs and overtime are flagged while managers still remember what happened.

Inside can run next to your existing HR or payroll system. Export Manager produces timesheet and roster files for the systems you already use. Many teams start with scheduling and attendance, then bring payroll into Inside when they're ready.

Yes. Inside was designed with hotel and F&B operators in Singapore. It handles departments, outlets, split shifts, casual peaks, banquets and staff shared between outlets.
Yes. Casual workers use the Inside casual app to accept offers, get a day pass and clock in. Agencies receive approved requests through the Agency Portal and assign their own workers. Casual hours flow into casual pay; agency hours flow into billing.
Yes, for Singapore. Pay runs are built from confirmed timesheets, with CPF, SDL and SHG calculated in the run. Inside can also export timesheets to your existing payroll system.
Yes. Each outlet keeps its own roster, policies and access, while group teams see across outlets. Trained staff can be borrowed between linked outlets.
No. Staff use the Inside app on their phone for schedules, clocking, requests, claims and payslips. Managers use the web Management Portal and can approve requests from the app.
