Requests go out by message, workers turn up with no record of who was sent, and the invoice arrives weeks later with hours nobody can check. Agency spend is often one of the largest labour costs that isn't in the workforce system.

How it works

  1. Approve and share. An approved casual request is shared with one or more agencies, open, reserved or exclusive.
  2. Agency assigns. The agency sees the request in the Agency Portal and assigns named workers to each slot.
  3. Worker clocks in. Agency workers clock in on the casual app or by QR scan, against the shift.
  4. Bill from confirmed hours. The agency sees confirmed hours and marks pay runs as invoiced.
Permanent staff, linked outlets, internal casuals and agencies all work from one operating schedule, which carries through to attendance, timesheets and payroll or agency billing.
