Can Inside make sure only qualified staff work certain roles?

Yes. Staff are assigned roles on their profile, and only eligible staff can be scheduled into a role.

Does Inside handle night shifts?

Yes. Plan day, evening and night shifts with your own shift codes, and minimum rest between shifts is respected.

Can we use a relief or bank pool?

Yes. Manage relief staff as an internal casual pool and offer them open shifts in the app.
