The Inside platform
The Inside platform covers every stage of shift work: planning demand, building the roster, filling gaps from every labour source, capturing attendance, confirming timesheets and running payroll or agency billing. Each stage uses the same shift record, so nothing is re-keyed.
When a manager swaps a shift, borrows a bartender or approves overtime, that decision is recorded once. The timesheet, the pay run and the agency invoice all use it. Nothing waits for someone to copy it across at month-end.
Employment types hold contracted hours, minimum and maximum hours and minimum rest. The Shift Planner and Smart Fill respect them, timesheets use them for overtime, and payroll uses them for pay.
