Can staff pick up extra shifts?
Yes. Open shifts they're eligible for appear in the app. When a roster is published, any unassigned slot is offered to eligible team members.
Do casual workers use the same app?
Casual workers use the Inside casual app to accept offers, get a day pass and clock in.
Can managers approve requests from the app?
Yes. Approvals appear under Action Required.
Can staff see their payslips?
Yes, once the pay run is finalised.
