Multi-outlet

Run every outlet locally. See the whole group.

Inside lets each outlet keep its own roster, shift codes, policies and approvals while group operations, HR and finance see across outlets. Trained staff can be borrowed between linked outlets, and their hours stay attached to the outlet where they worked.

Groups share people. Their systems don't.

One outlet is short a bartender while another down the road has one free. Without a shared system, managers phone each other, the shift is recorded in the wrong place, and the hours are charged to the wrong cost centre.

How it works

  1. Set up outlets. Departments and outlets, each with cost centres, policies and managers.
  2. Link outlets. Decide which outlets can share trained staff.
  3. Borrow when short. From an open slot, managers see eligible staff at linked outlets and assign them.
  4. Report by outlet. Hours and cost land at the outlet where the shift was worked.
A group view sits across three sites. Each site keeps its own roster, policies and on-site clocking, and trained staff can be shared between linked sites.
