Website terms of use
These terms govern your access to and use of inside.software and its public content. By using the website, you agree to these terms.
Last updated: 11 September 2026
1. About these terms
This website is operated by Inside Software (“Inside”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These terms apply to the public website, resources, forms and demo-request pages. Use of the Inside software platform, implementation services, support and customer data is governed by the applicable order form, subscription agreement, service terms and data-processing terms—not by these website terms alone.
2. Website information
We provide website information for general business and informational purposes. We aim to keep it useful and current, but product capabilities, integrations, availability, implementation approaches and commercial terms may change. Any pricing shown on the website is indicative, applies to standard configurations and excludes applicable taxes and implementation scope. Website content — including pricing — is not a binding offer, warranty or commitment unless expressly included in a written agreement signed by authorised representatives.
3. Permitted use
You may access and use the website for lawful evaluation of Inside, communication with our team and ordinary informational purposes. You must not:
- Use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or to harm another person
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, systems or data
- Introduce malicious code or interfere with website availability
- Scrape, harvest or collect personal data contrary to applicable law
- Misrepresent your identity or relationship with an organisation
- Copy, modify or commercially exploit website content beyond applicable legal exceptions
- Use automated activity that places an unreasonable load on the website
4. Intellectual property
The website, branding, design, text, graphics, product representations and other materials are owned by or licensed to Inside and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. “Inside” and associated product names and marks may not be used in a manner suggesting endorsement, partnership or ownership without permission. Third-party names, logos, videos and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Case studies and results
Case studies describe particular projects, pilots or customer circumstances. Results such as time savings reflect the stated scope and conditions of that example and are not a guarantee that every organisation will achieve the same outcome. Your results depend on workforce complexity, data, configuration, adoption and implementation.
6. Third-party links and services
The website may link to third-party websites, videos, calendar tools, form providers or other services. We do not control their availability, content or practices and are not responsible for them. Links do not necessarily imply endorsement.
7. No professional advice
Website content does not constitute legal, tax, payroll, employment, accounting or regulatory advice. References to compliance, payroll or workforce rules are general product information. Organisations remain responsible for obtaining appropriate advice and configuring processes for their requirements.
8. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, specific search rankings or that public information will meet every requirement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Inside and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of or reliance on this public website, including lost profits, business interruption or loss of data. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data collected through the website. Do not submit confidential workforce or payroll data through public website forms.
11. Changes and availability
We may update the website, these terms or public content at any time. We may suspend or withdraw website access for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. The current terms and update date will be published on this page.
12. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Subject to any mandatory rights, disputes relating solely to these website terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
